Settings up squid with ssl bump

I've followed your guide to setup squid 5, and it worked perfectly. however, I would love a guide to setup ssl/tls bump/splice so you can use optimizers on https traffic. I've seen and follow a lot of different guides, but none of them have worked or are outdated.
